Launch-phase privacy notice.
This notice explains how HubbleField handles personal data during the pre-launch and early launch phase. It is a scaffold, not a final production legal review.
What we collect
HubbleField currently collects basic contact and account information, listing data submitted by founders, and launch-intake information such as waitlist, contact, notify-me, and product feedback submissions.
Why we collect it
We use this information to operate the product, review listings, send transactional product emails, manage launch communications, and respond to direct requests. We do not sell personal data.
Newsletter and launch updates
If you ask for launch updates or newsletter delivery, your contact details may be synced to our email-marketing provider once DNS and sender-authentication checks are complete. Until then, launch-intake records remain in the product backend and operational inboxes.
Documents and sensitive content
Private listing documents are stored separately from the public company directory. Public pages expose only the public disclosure tier, not diligence files or founder-only material.
